FULLY AUTOMATIC LOW-INFEED/STATIONARY PALLET BAG PALLETIZER
ESSENTIALLY CONSISTING OF:
Incoming bags (preoriented at machine infeed based on the layer arrangement) row preforming area through a powered belt conveyor section. The step by step operation of the belt conveyor, to allow gaps among the bags depending on layer configuration, grants a positive stop of the bags with no use of mechanical spacers which, stoppig the bags in a roughly manner, might cause product unsettling and possible damages to the bags themselves.
The spacer-less design gives a significantly increased degree of flexibility to the machine and greatly simplifies change over.
Layer preforming area composed by powered belt conveyor or fixed plate either roller coveyor.
Overhead motor driven pushing unit, controlled by Variable Frequency Drive (with encoder), to transfer the preformed row of bags onto the layer preforming area and, once the layer is preformed, onto the sliding table, a new row of bag is prepared while the pushing unit is returning to the start point (no death time).
Heavy duty two columns main frame with motor driven
sliding table lifting mechanism controlled by Variable Frequency Drive.
A counterweight system is included to grant a smooth up and down movement of the sliding Table.
Sliding table collects the bags loaded by the pushing unit and load the complete layer onto the pallet.
Loading/unloading height is controlled by encoder.
Layer flattening cycle to grant an increased stability to the final unit load. Layer depositing cycle having been completed makes the sliding table to step down for a short run to exercise a controlled pressure on the last-deposited layer ensuring a flat surface for the next one to be fed.
Layer compacting dams to grant the verticality of the final unit load. Motorized side dams (plus 1 fix front dam) keep the layer in full control while being deposited onto the pallet via the sliding table.
Powered roller conveyor (diam. of rollers 89 mm.-pitch between rollers 125 mm.) in the frame of the machine to hold the pallet while being loaded.
Control panel with power section, P.L.C. and all necessary electrical components to operate the machine.
Push-button including self-diagnostic with Alpha-numeric display.
